What is Unique Bureaucrats?
Unique Bureaucrats is a youth-driven organization dedicated to cultivating informed, responsible, and globally aware leaders. Through Model United Nations (MUNs), Global Leaders Simulations (GLS), research projects, and policy-driven initiatives, we bridge the gap between academia, diplomacy, and real-world governance.
-
What is the difference between MUN and GLS?
-
Model United Nations (MUN):
A simulation of the United Nations where delegates represent different countries, debate global issues, and draft resolutions through diplomacy and negotiation. -
Global Leaders Simulation (GLS):
A next-level leadership exercise designed by Unique Bureaucrats, where participants step into the roles of political strategists, diplomats, and bureaucrats, tackling full-spectrum governance challenges — from public policy to international relations.

Who can participate in Unique Bureaucrats Conferences?
Our conferences are open to students, aspiring diplomats, civil service aspirants, policy enthusiasts, and youth leaders from across India and abroad. No prior MUN or GLS experience is required — only curiosity, confidence, and commitment to learning.

How can I register for an upcoming event?
You can register directly through our official website’s event registration portal. Each event page contains details regarding eligibility, registration fees, deadlines, and participation categories. Early registration is recommended due to limited delegate slots.

Participants receive certificates, global exposure, networking opportunities, and professional recognition. Outstanding performers are eligible for:

What is the Full Spectrum Political Growth Program?
It’s one of our flagship initiatives — a strategic mentorship and development program that helps emerging political and policy leaders design, manage, and communicate their governance vision effectively. The program integrates political science, international relations, public policy, and leadership strategy.
-
Are the conferences only for students of political science or international relations?
Not at all. While participants from those backgrounds often excel, Unique Bureaucrats welcomes individuals from all disciplines — economics, law, engineering, management, arts, and sciences — who share a passion for governance, diplomacy, and leadership.
-
What is the dress code for the conference?
- MUN & GLS Sessions: Formal or business attire is mandatory.
- Cultural Events: Traditional or cultural attire is encouraged.
- Workshops & Informal Gatherings: Smart casuals or UB-branded T-shirts.

Top performers in MUN or GLS conferences may be selected for exclusive paid internships at the Unique Bureaucrats Headquarters in New Delhi (Rohini). Interns work on live policy projects, communication strategy, and international collaboration programs.
